    What's included

Emergency Roadside Assistance: what the visit covers

    24/7 dispatch

One number reaches a live dispatcher at any hour, including weekends and holidays. Contracted fleets are prioritised in the queue.

    Jump starts and battery service

Dead units are started on-scene and the charging system is tested before the driver leaves. A battery that failed once usually fails again on the next cold morning.

    Tire change and inflation

Flats are changed or repaired on the shoulder or in the lot where the unit stopped. Wheels are torqued to spec and the driver is told the re-torque interval.

    Lockout assistance

Locked-out drivers are back in the cab without damaging the door or glass. Runs with the keys in the ignition are handled as a priority.

    Fuel delivery

Diesel or gasoline is brought to the vehicle so the route can continue. Misfuelling calls are handled as a repair, not a top-up.

    Minor on-scene repair

Belts, hoses, lighting, air leaks, and simple electrical faults are fixed where the unit sits. Anything larger is triaged and scheduled.

    How it works

    How the service runs on-site

    1. 1

      Call dispatch

Unit number, location, and symptom are taken and a technician is assigned immediately.

    2. 2

      Technician dispatched

A truck is sent with the likely parts for the symptom described.

    3. 3

      Repair on-scene

Where the fault can be fixed at the roadside, the driver continues the route.

    4. 4

      Follow-up work booked

Root causes found on-scene are logged per VIN and scheduled into the next planned visit.
