You describe the unit and the location once. We place the tow with a partner operator and stay on the job as the party responsible for the repair.
Operator briefed on the unit
A cargo van and a loaded truck are not the same job, so we brief the operator on class and site access before dispatch.

The vehicle arrives somewhere we already work. Diagnosis picks up where the roadside call left off instead of starting again with a new shop.
