    Preventative Maintenance (PM): what the visit covers

    Custom PM intervals by vehicle class

    Mileage, hours, and calendar triggers are set per class, not fleet-wide. A city delivery van and a highway tractor do not wear the same way and should not share an interval.

    A / B / C service tiers

    A-service covers fluids, filters, and a safety inspection. B adds driveline, brake measurement, and undercarriage work; C is the deep annual service that pairs with your DOT inspection.

    Fluid, filter, belt, and hose service

    Engine oil, coolant, transmission and differential fluids, air and fuel filters, belts, and hoses are checked and changed to spec. Leaks and weeping seals are photographed and quoted, not silently topped off.

    Brake, tire, and undercarriage inspection

    Pad and lining thickness, rotor condition, tread depth, and pressures are measured and recorded at every visit. Trending those numbers is how a replacement gets scheduled instead of dispatched.

    PM compliance reporting

    You get a per-VIN record of what was due, what was done, and what is next. That is the file that answers a DOT audit or a customer safety review.

    Manufacturer warranty alignment

    Intervals and fluid specs follow the OEM schedule so warranty coverage stays intact. Documentation is kept in a form the manufacturer will accept.
