Yes. On-site service at your yard is our default, covering light, medium and heavy-duty units, with diesel handled on-site.

How do we get inspection records for an audit?

Service history is kept per VIN and available online, so inspections and repairs can be pulled by unit without digging through invoices.

Can PM be scheduled around plow season?

Yes. The PM calendar is built around your duty cycle so seasonal units are current before demand hits, and windows can run overnight, after hours or on weekends.

What happens when a unit goes down mid-shift?

Call the 24/7 dispatch line. Roadside covers jump starts, lockouts, fuel delivery and on-site repairs, and the follow-up work stays on the same account.
